Vitamin D is known as the sunshine vitamin as your body naturally produces it when exposed to the sun. It important to top up your little one Vitamin D especially in the winter months when the sun is often in short supply. Vitamin D plays a critical role in supporting the healthy growth and development of bones, muscles and teeth as well as contributing to the normal function of the immune system. We have designed our product to be applied directly onto a mother nipple or a clean surface such as a finger to allow your baby to suck the¯whole drop as easily as possible. *The UK Department of Health recommends that breastfed babies from birth to one year old take a daily supplement containing a dose of 8.5 to 10 µg of Vitamin D, while children from 1-4 years take a dose of 10 µg.
