Clinical Disclaimer
What This Service Is
Brandlistry is a wellness and pharmacy information service led by GPhC-registered pharmacists.
We provide pharmacist-led clinical guidance, blood test interpretation, over-the-counter medicine supply, including General Sales List and Pharmacy medicines, and supplement recommendations.
What This Service Is Not
Brandlistry is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or advice from your GP, NHS care team or another qualified healthcare professional.
We do not issue private prescriptions, dispense Prescription Only Medicines or replace your relationship with your GP.
Medical Emergencies
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 immediately.
For urgent medical advice that is not an emergency, contact NHS 111.
Do not use Brandlistry’s website, email service or contact form for emergency medical assistance.
About Our Reports
The information provided in our written interpretation reports is based on the specific test results and personal information submitted at the time of assessment.
A report should not be applied to future test results without a new assessment, as clinical values and their interpretation may change over time.
Our reports are intended to help you understand your results and identify appropriate next steps. They do not provide a formal medical diagnosis.
Referral to Your GP or Another Healthcare Professional
Where a test result or symptom indicates that review by a GP, specialist or urgent care service is clinically appropriate, this will be clearly highlighted in your report.
Brandlistry’s services are designed to work alongside NHS and GP care, not replace them.
You remain responsible for contacting your GP or another healthcare professional when advised to do so.
