Important — what this service is and is not. Brandlistry Pharmacy is a wellness and OTC pharmacy service led by a GPhC-registered pharmacist. We provide pharmacist-led clinical guidance, NHS results interpretation, GSL and P medicine supply, and supplement recommendations. We do not issue private prescriptions, do not dispense POM (Prescription Only Medicines), and are not a replacement for your GP or NHS care. If you have an urgent medical concern, contact your GP, call 111, or in an emergency call 999. All services comply with the February 2025 GPhC guidance for pharmacies providing services at a distance.

What we offer

Four core pharmacy services — all delivered by Toyin, all fully regulated, all compliant with GPhC 2025 distance service guidance.

NHS Results Review

“Your results, finally explained in plain English.”

Upload your NHS blood test printout or results letter for a pharmacist-led review. Your pharmacist will assess each marker against the NHS reference range and relevant optimal ranges, then provide a clear written report explaining what your results mean, where improvements may be needed, and the practical next steps to consider.

What's included

  • Plain-English written interpretation of every marker
  • Identification of markers within 'normal' range but below optimal
  • Personalised supplement and lifestyle recommendations
  • Clear indication of when GP follow-up is clinically appropriate
  • Delivered within 48 hours of upload
  • Secure upload via encrypted patient portal

Pharmacist’s clinical note

“The NHS reference range is built for population screening — not individual optimisation. A ferritin of 22µg/L is normal on every NHS printout. It will cause significant hair loss. That gap is what this service exists to close.”

  • Drug–drug and drug–nutrient interaction check
  • Duplicate nutrient identification
  • Gap analysis against your health goals
  • Written report with clear action recommendations

How it works

A pharmacist in your pocket. Here's how to use it.

From query to clinical response — the process is simple, fast, and fully compliant with 2025 GPhC distance service standards.

01

Choose your service

Results review, medication check, OTC medicine, or pharmacist advice query. Select the right service for your need — or use the self-triage checklist if unsure.

02

Complete the intake form

A short, secure intake form collects the information your pharmacist needs to provide an accurate response. For results reviews, you can upload your printout through our encrypted portal. All data is handled in line with GDPR requirements.

03

Reviewed clinically

Every submission is personally reviewed by a GPhC-registered pharmacist. No algorithms. No shortcuts. Each response is based on professional clinical judgement, with two-way communication available if clarification is needed.

04

Receive your report

Written report delivered to your secure patient portal within 24–48 hours. Clear actions, clear language, clear next steps. GP referral flagged where clinically indicated — always.

Regulatory compliance

Fully registered. Fully accountable. Fully transparent.

Safe clinical practice

What we follow. And why it matters.

The February 2025 GPhC guidance tightened the rules for all distance pharmacy services significantly. Here is exactly what we do to comply — and to keep you safe.

01

Two-way communication before every service

In line with GPhC guidance, all clinical services require verified two-way communication. We do not issue supplies or recommendations based on a questionnaire alone. Every submission is reviewed personally by a pharmacist, who will contact you if further clarification is needed.

02

Identity and information verification

All patients are required to provide verified personal information before any supply. This meets GPhC requirements for confirming the person's identity before providing pharmacy services at a distance.

03

Clear referral pathways — always

Every clinical response includes guidance on when GP or specialist referral is appropriate. If your results or symptoms indicate urgent review, we will tell you clearly and immediately — not after a follow-up purchase.

04

GPhC-compliant SOPs for all distance services

Written standard operating procedures (SOPs) govern every service pathway — results review, OTC supply, minor ailment queries, and medication checks. SOPs are reviewed and updated in line with any GPhC guidance changes.

What this service does not do

To be completely clear about our scope of practice — these are things we do not do:

  • Issue private prescriptions or prescribe POM (Prescription Only Medicines)
  • Dispense NHS prescriptions (we are not a dispensing pharmacy)
  • Provide urgent medical care or emergency advice — call 999 or 111
  • Diagnose medical conditions (pharmacists triage; GPs diagnose)
  • Replace your relationship with your GP or NHS care team
  • Supply Schedule 2, 3 or 4 controlled drugs
  • Provide weight loss prescriptions (Wegovy, Mounjaro) — see a registered weight management service

Common questions

Pharmacy questions answered

Is Brandlistry a registered pharmacy?

Yes. Brandlistry Pharmacy is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Our registration number is 2054629 and can be verified on the GPhC public register at pharmacyregulation.org. The pharmacy is registered to provide pharmacy services at a distance, in compliance with the GPhC's 2025 guidance.

Who is the Superintendent Pharmacist?

The Superintendent Pharmacist is Toyin Fajemirokun, MPharm, GPhC Registration Number 2054629. Legally responsible for the safe and effective running of the pharmacy. Toyin has 25+ years of clinical pharmacy experience and currently practises at Boots pharmacy.

Can you prescribe me medicines?

No. Brandlistry Pharmacy does not issue prescriptions and does not dispense Prescription Only Medicines (POM). We supply GSL (General Sales List) and P (Pharmacy-only) medicines following pharmacist review. For prescription medicines, please consult your GP, or a service registered to provide private prescriptions.

How is my health data protected?

Health data submitted to Brandlistry is classified as special category data under UK GDPR. It is processed under explicit consent, stored on encrypted UK-based servers, and is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes. ICO Registration Number: [number]. You have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your data at any time.

What happens if my results indicate something serious?

If your results indicate a value that may need urgent clinical review, your pharmacist will flag this clearly in your report and guide you towards the appropriate next step, whether that is a GP appointment, urgent care or A&E. All critical values are handled using a defined referral protocol.

Is the results review service the same as a medical diagnosis?

No. A pharmacist results review is a clinical interpretation service, not a medical diagnosis. A pharmacist can explain what your markers mean, what optimal may look like, and recommend practical next steps. They cannot diagnose medical conditions.
