Our Clinical Standards

We are committed to delivering safe, responsible and professionally regulated pharmacy and wellness services.

Our clinical standards include:

  • All clinical services are delivered or directly overseen by GPhC-registered pharmacists with extensive clinical experience.

  • Written Standard Operating Procedures govern every clinical service pathway, including blood test result reviews, over-the-counter medicine supply, minor ailment queries and medication checks.

  • Two-way communication is required before any clinical recommendation or medicine supply, in line with GPhC guidance for pharmacies providing services at a distance.

  • Patient identity and information are verified before any clinical service is provided.

  • A defined referral process is followed where a result or symptom requires review by a GP, specialist, urgent care service or emergency service.

  • Professional indemnity insurance is held for all clinical services.

Health information is processed as special category personal data under UK GDPR.

It is stored securely on encrypted UK-based servers and is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
