Blood test kits are dispatched on the next working day. Supplements and skincare products are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.

Once you have posted your blood sample using the prepaid return envelope, please allow up to 24 hours for it to reach the laboratory.

You will receive an email confirming when your sample has been received and processing has begun.

Your results are typically available within 24 hours of your sample reaching the laboratory.

Your pharmacist interpretation report will usually follow within 48 hours after your results have been released.

Your results and interpretation report will be delivered by email and made available through your secure account.

We will investigate the status of your order and aim to respond within one working day.
