Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. This policy explains our dispatch times, delivery options, packaging and order-tracking process.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2pm GMT are dispatched on the same working day.
Orders placed after 2pm, or during weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
UK Delivery Timeframes
Our estimated UK delivery timeframes are:
- Standard delivery: 1 to 2 working days, free on all orders
- Blood test kits: Next-day tracked delivery, free on all orders
- Supplements and skincare: 2 to 4 working days, free on orders over £40
- Orders under £40: A delivery fee of £3.95 applies to supplements and skincare orders
Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched.
International Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
International delivery may be introduced as Brandlistry expands. Please check this page again or contact us for future updates.
Packaging
All blood test kits are delivered in discreet, unbranded packaging.
Blood sample return envelopes are prepaid. Simply follow the instructions provided with your kit and post your sample using a Royal Mail postbox.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays
Although we aim to meet the delivery timeframes listed above, orders may occasionally be delayed by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays and increased demand during peak periods.
We will notify you if we become aware of a delay affecting your order.
