DOUBLE-SIDED AND DUAL ACTION 

TO REMOVE MAKEUP:  On one side, the soft and super smooth microfibre cloth wipes away makeup and impurities, buffs skin and reveals a brighter, smoother and clearer complexion. 

TO EXFOLIATE: On the reverse, the textured cotton muslin deep cleanses pores, gently exfoliates and boosts circulation to enhance skin tone. No harsh scrubs and no microbeads in site. 

GENTLE CLEANSING TOOL - no tugging, rubbing or scrubbing the skin. Suitable for sensitive skin and around the eye area.  

REUSABLE: much more environmentally friendly than single use wipes and cotton pads

PERFECT FOR DOUBLE CLEANSE ROUTINES WITH OIL AND BALM CLEANSERS 

 

Get cloth wet with lukewarm water and wring out the excess. 

FOR MAKEUP REMOVAL 

With a damp cloth use the soft microfibre side to gently wipe away your makeup and repeat until it’s gone. You can complete this step with water only, or you can use a face wash of your choice and wipe it off the cloth.  The microfibre side is suitable for the sensitive eye area. 

I tend to use my balm cleanser to dissolve makeup and impurities, and then use the microfibre side of the cloth to wipe it all away.  On occasions when I don’t use a balm cleanser I use water only with the cloth. 

FOR GENTLE EXFOLIATION 

Once your face is cleansed, use the damp cloth’s muslin side to very gently sweep over your face, avoiding the sensitive eye area.  Do not rub or scrub or do this more than once a day.

Hand wash in warm water or machine wash 30-40C

Do not tumble dry. Air dry only

Avoid using bleach and fabric softener

Wash with similar colours

As a result of the COVID 19 outbreak, BrandListry & our delivery partners are taking steps to help prevent the spread of this illness. In order to reduce the possibility of transmission at the point of delivery it is the policy of all our carriers to no longer obtain signatures as proof of delivery. Instead, in cases where a parcel does not fit through a letterbox, the courier will leave the item at your door, and will step aside after knocking to ensure there is a safe distance while you retrieve the parcel. The driver will then ask for your surname and will not obtain a signature. This is to prevent transmission of the Coronavirus through handheld scanners.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Please allow 3-5 working days for Standard deliveries to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey & Isle of Man, and 5-7 working days for deliveries to all areas in the United States by USPS. You will receive an email on the day your order leaves our warehouse providing the information to track your order. If you are not at home, a second delivery will be attempted the next working day.

INSURANCE

Whilst in transit all purchases are insured by BrandListry until they are delivered to you. We require a signature for all goods delivered on a Next Day service, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase, then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

RETURNING PRODUCTS

Please be advised that we are unable to take returns on products, for health and safety reasons.

FAULTY & NON-CONFORMING GOODS

If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as “received damaged”. If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened, or if the goods do not conform to the description, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours of receiving your order or becoming aware of the damage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
